COATING TECH INSTITUTE 2024
FAQs
How is Coating Tech Institute Different?
Coating Tech Institute is different from most other slot die coating courses in two key areas: hands-on experience, and industry expert instructors. Coating Tech Institute is presented with classroom teaching followed immediately by hands-on learning opportunities in a laboratory and on a pilot coating line. Participants get to reinforce the information they have learned in real life settings with hands-on experiences. The course instructors are educated industry experts working in private-sector companies. Instructors and presenters have real-world experience and expertise to share with you.
What topics will be covered and to what depth?
The course includes hands on and classroom sessions on equipment specifics, rheology, pumps, backing roll, troubleshooting, defect resolutions, die operation, and more.  The course content is technical in nature. An effort is made to help those new to the industry learn quickly, but to also provide enough topic depth to make the course useful to those with some slot die coating experience.  Click here to see a past agenda.
